1. قبول الشروط1. Acceptance of Terms
باستخدامك لموقع سديم ديزاين أو الاستفادة من خدماتنا، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء منها، يرجى عدم استخدام موقعنا أو خدماتنا.By using the Sadeem Design website or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our website or services.
2. الخدمات ومراحل العمل2. Services and Work Stages
نقدم خدمات التصميم الداخلي والتنفيذ وفقاً للاتفاق المبرم مع العميل. تتطلب بعض المراحل اعتماداً خطياً أو دفعات مقدمة قبل البدء بها. لا يتم تسليم المخططات النهائية إلا بعد إتمام كافة الدفعات المتفق عليها.We provide interior design and execution services according to the agreement made with the client. Certain stages require written approval or upfront payments before commencement. Final layouts are only delivered after all agreed payments are completed.
3. سياسة التعديلات3. Revision Policy
يحق للعميل طلب تعديلات على التصاميم وفقاً للعدد المتفق عليه في العقد. أي تعديلات إضافية بعد استنفاد العدد المسموح أو بعد الاعتماد النهائي قد يترتب عليها رسوم إضافية ووقت أطول للتسليم.The client is entitled to request design revisions according to the number agreed upon in the contract. Any additional revisions beyond the allowed limit or after final approval may incur extra fees and longer delivery times.
4. حقوق الملكية الفكرية4. Intellectual Property Rights
جميع التصاميم، المخططات، والمحتوى المعروض هي ملكية فكرية لـ "سديم ديزاين" حتى يتم نقل الملكية بالكامل للعميل بعد إتمام المشروع ودفع كافة المستحقات. نحتفظ بحق عرض الأعمال المكتملة في معرض أعمالنا وحسابات التواصل الاجتماعي.All designs, layouts, and displayed content are the intellectual property of "Sadeem Design" until full ownership is transferred to the client upon project completion and full payment. We reserve the right to showcase completed works in our portfolio and social media.
5. سياسة الدفع والإلغاء5. Payment and Cancellation Policy
يتم الدفع وفقاً للجدول الزمني الموضح في عرض السعر. في حال إلغاء المشروع من قبل العميل بعد بدء العمل، لا يتم استرداد الدفعات المقدمة للمراحل التي تم البدء بها أو إنجازها.Payment is made according to the schedule outlined in the quotation. In the event of project cancellation by the client after work has commenced, upfront payments for stages that have been started or completed are non-refundable.
